Returns & Refunds
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Because every CosmiStars item is made to order and printed specifically for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. This includes all Cosmic Collection and God’s Creations apparel, as well as any promotional items or gift cards.
Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized — which applies to all our made-to-order products.

Exchanges
Since every item is made to order, we’re unable to offer exchanges for sizing or personal preference. Please check our Size Guide carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cosmistarshop@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We’ll offer a replacement or refund for verified manufacturing or shipping defects.
Order cancellations
You have 1 hour from the time of purchase to request an order cancellation or modification. After this window, your order automatically enters production and we’re no longer able to guarantee changes. Contact us immediately at cosmistarshop@gmail.com if you need to cancel or modify your order.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and reviewed your defect claim, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
